What We Did


  • Held discussions with the leadership to ascertain their X factor and conducted FGDs to identify the problem areas.
  • Developed a short- and a long-term plan.
  • Conceptualised a plan for all stakeholders to work together towards creating a great workplace.
  • Formulated a PR advocacy plan with a strong narrative and on-ground activations to align AJIO’s voice with employee expectations.
  • Trained the “Talent Advocacy Teams” to be digital scouts while hiring to leverage them to talk about AJIO’s young and exciting work culture.
  • Curated Talent Advocacy enablement tool kits
