Employer
Branding
- Strategising a campaign to launch the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally with engagement activities
- Executing the campaign and including leaders and employees in the launch to emphasise the thought leadership and connect to founder values
- Scripting and video production of the EVP film for national release
- Curating internal and external communication for a “Brand Behaviours”, a chapter focusing on the aspirational PayU behaviour
- Implementing the said communication through social media posts and a cohesive flow of emailers
- Creating mailers to internally share the details of the newly launched Employee Referral Policy
- Building an extensive yet easy-to-read candidate document for new joiners and potential talent
- Collating, editing, and rewriting content for the Total Rewards document and designing it
